Interim Classes

If you are like many dancers, the idea of taking even a week off from dance makes you nervous and cranky! So what should you do to avoid major dance withdrawal before and after BNC's summer programs?

TAKE OUR CONVENIENT INTERIM BALLET CLASSES FOR DIVISIONS II-V!

Dates

June 14-19 (1 week prior to summer session)
August 3-14 (2 weeks after summer session)

Days and Times

Mon/Wed/Fri
Div IV & V 10:00-11:30 a.m.
Pre/Beg/Int Pointe 11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
Div II & III 1:00-2:30 p.m.

Tues/Thurs
Div II & III 4:00-5:30 p.m.
Div IV & V 5:30-7:00 p.m.

Great reasons to take BNC's Interim Classes:

  • Maintain your level of training. Without interim classes you may go weeks at a time without a class. This is a very bad idea for dancers who are en pointe, and not advisable for any dancer who wants to maintain technique over the summer.
  • Get ready for fall auditions. You want to look your best when you audition for BNC's The Nutcracker - the way you do this is to take class consistently throughout the summer.
  • Meet summer training requirements. Dancers who are en pointe or training to be en pointe, dancers who are planning to participate in The Nutcracker, and dancers who are planning to participate in the Student Company must meet summer training requirements (learn more). Interim classes count toward these requirements.

Cost

You can pay by the class (limit 2) or purchase a punch card for interim classes. Summer punch cards expire at on August 14, 2010, so it is a good idea to pre-plan your interim class attendance.
